I really wanted to love my stay at the resort, especially with its beautiful layout and great family-friendly amenities. The sceneries were breathtaking, and the pools were so much fun for my kids. However, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired, and the service felt more like a 3-star than a 4-star experience. If they can improve on cleanliness and service, I would definitely return.
